On the upright....tried a new program and took it fairly easy since I have soccer tonight.

Some abs/core on the ex. ball. Then some chest and triceps on the pod. Good stretch on the legs as well.

Easy match tonight - they had 0 girls show up so they played us 3 vs.5. We had a 4-0 lead at half...decided to let them play 5 on 5 for the 2nd half....they got one on us. Lower intensity then normal and no sense of urgency.

So glad to be able to run in the AC....40C with the humidity today and yesterday. Picked the speed up a bit today and felt fin. 7 for most of the way, 7.5 for 10:00.

Some abs today, and back. 4 variations with the "power bar" which felt good and relaxing at the end.
