Cycling (Trainer ride) 1:55:00 [3]
Weather was crappy, and I was a little pressed for time today, so did this on the trainer... plan was to do 4x3x5mins each of 3min @230w, 1 @ 250W and 1 at 230W....pretty tough in fact...Calibration was off for the first two... maybe reading 20W under at a guess, so I was pretty shredded at halfway... Wasn't too bad once i recal'ed the Ergomo, but I still ended up bringing down the z2/3s down a little.
Running (Progressiony run) 55:00 [3]
I did this pretty much straight after the bike, so my legs felt pretty trashed when I started....was running a bit short of time so wasn't really sure what run I'd do.... Original plan was to do a combined long and progression run.
Ended up doing 35mins at a good z2, then 10 minutes fast probably equally split z3/z4, then 10mins z2 to finish... Good session, even if not quite as planned...
