Unpleasant start of the race. Couldn't make sense or understand the 1:15k map(but after messing close to 8 min at first control, is that I signed up for this, and better make it work). Was a long course, so happy that I was able to put that first control behind and concentrate pretty much quite well to the end (maybe another small bubbles totaling like 2-3 min. Since nobody else but young American Boris beat me, means I got another hardware to the collection winning M35. Great terrain, great course, poor eyesight for a clustered detailed map at 1:15k. Thanks Ottawa for a great weekend. Got some confidence back

Middle dist. Very technical area. Most of it very rough footing. Managed to have a pretty good race, not very fast though,but quite satisfied with my race. Won M35. Will need some more speed, and probably more map running to be able to feel more...aggressive

Some good sleep recovery. Lazy day, driving around and even spent 1hr at the beach. Sandbanks is nice

Worked nights. Limited time for sleep. Drove to Perth. Lots of f-n-traffic. Got there 12 min before, got changed and ran to start as warm up part

Sprint champs. No speed, and no brain in couple of locations. Went by a control (few meters only however surprised not to see it. Later went by another control without even punching it. Duh.dsq-ed. Again in a sprint.Sprints are not for me. Great area for a sprint, and great course setting imho. Thanks Canadian !

had a pretty good sleep after last night shift, however woke up with a terrible head ache, which lasted like 12 hrs.
