Note

put some 5000 km driving during the last 15 days ( I know ecologists are not happy about that .. ) to and from events.. adding to that my 10 days*200 km /day, and definitely the cost of fuel is huge on my monthly budget.. but fit in there some great O-events , not much hours of training though.. )

gym ex & stretching 4:00 [1]

biking warm up/down 16:00 [1]

orienteering race 1:42:00 [4] **** 15.0 km (6:48 / km) +610m 5:39 / km

different topic today.. better course setting (imho ) , some good route choices..had a big mist ( over 3 min ) at 7 , and something "strange" on the first long leg ( lost a good 1.5 min there ), otherwise a good race.. some areas on lev 4 some on lev 5.. a bit too far behind Patrick, but happy with the day at the end giving to circumstances.. finished 3rd ( second Canadian ). good

running road/trails warm up/down 40:00 [2] 5.8 km (6:54 / km) +80m 6:27 / km
slept:1.0

long run to and from the middle TT.. managed to drive all nite , and fit one h sleep outdoor , before getting ready for middle event..not the best recipe- but..

orienteering 38:00 [4] **** 5.7 km (6:40 / km) +200m 5:40 / km

middle course..too many controls ( as i had like 12 splits between 1-2 minutes , and 4 between 2-3 ..) a pick up controls type of race not far a part - so no room for mistakes.. did like 3 bobles of 45 sec each or so, no power as lack of sleep showed up, but overall only 2 min from winning time.. a not true middle dist. course setting.. but good crowd, good map, good training and tough forest.
