middle (51') + micro_O (8') at the turkey trot.. good training in the morning ( with 7-8 min of mistakes combined in 3 places )- otherwise nice navigating in the morraine terrain.. micro-O nice - clean and decent fast.

a good nite sleep really helped.. went out to try my new blisters- and i guess they did not hurt as much as i felt maybe just more tired on my legs.. good signs.

arrived at Rochester at 3.00 am after long hours at work and straight 3 h driving. happy that i've got some sleep even minor. i split the race in 2 intensity zone since that's how i did actually run. despite lots of minor/major mistakes end up 4th just 3 min behind Eddie and Zhyk and Jon T were not far ahead.. probably all others had trouble otherwise i can't understand. blisters and cramps for half of the race .. not as bad as in Manitoba, but still hurting steady. this was a very good training for RTH ..
