Ran the Red Course to shake up the body, 2 weeks being sick is no fun. I knew most of the locations but did not run those legs so it was all route choice for me and I failed on 3 occasions - total ~ 4 min to better routs execution. After 30 min I started to get tired, but still pushed myself hard. Speedy did same type thing in 52:36.
