Running 40:00 [3]

Regular running loop, 23:46 to the bridge. About 4 minutes slower than my all-time record, but felt good after being super sluggish for the first 6-10 minutes. Anything under 25 minutes to the bridge is considered to be acceptable pacing.

Orienteering 1:04:48 [4] 7.5 km (8:38 / km)

Wednesday night event at Gold Bar. Started 2 minutes after Roland and caught him half way through the course. Then he turned on the jets the next couple of controls and lost me. Ended up 3 minutes slower than him in the end, didn't help that I lost a couple minutes on the last 2 controls because it was starting to get dark in the woods around 8:45PM. Greg was 3rd in 71 minutes

Tennis with Scott, lost 6-3 6-4 3-6 3-6. Only the 3rd set I have ever won against him. Won my first set of the season against him last Friday after playing roughly 2 times a week for 6 weeks.

Note

Time to start using Attackpoint to log my training again. Need to start setting goals for myself again. Want to log a minimum of 5 hours training each week. Have come back nicely from my injury after not being able to run from February to May. Hopefully I can come back faster and stronger with 9.5 toes.
