Pros:
Ankle had some strength, and back running again. This is probably the main thing. It felt at about 85%, but was a little sore at the end of the run.
Cons:
Felt terrible, muscles were sore
Excuses:
-Really hot the last couple of days, that might have drained me a bit.
-Muscles might just need a tuneup

Ultimate frisbee. Tried to do a run on Friday but ankle wasn't there yet so decided to give it a few more days rest. Still not nearly at 100%, seems to have stabilized at 60-70%. Couldn't pivot or accelerate, and topped out at about 70% max speed. I am at the point now where I am not sure if I should just stay off my ankle for a week or 2 or whether light exercise might help me strengthen it.
