Hike up Cook Mountain in the Adirondacks near Fort Ticonderoga. Approximately 2.6 miles with 800 ft. elevation gain.

Running 42:00 [3]
shoes: new balance 1025

Morning run on Mont Royal, was already quite hot out. Was very sluggish for the first half of the run but was feeling much quicker for the second half and was flying along the goat trails.

Note

Need to increase my running frequency significantly from the once every 4 days it has been for the last couple of weeks.

Good game of ultimate, holy crow it was still hot out. Classes started today, and I finally have phone, internet and a lease at my apartment so I am settled in after an easy week and a half after COCs. Also finally got a key instead of sharing one (need it to get out as well!) so that makes it easier for me to go on runs at any time of day without disturbing anyone. Time to get 5 weeks of good training in before GLOF. As well it would be a good idea if I stopped going out with friends/strangers every night of the week and having a few cold ones.

Other (swimming/pool running) 10:00 [1]

At the waterpark. Felt like it was a million degrees outside.

Running 50:00 [3]
shoes: new balance 1025

Mont Royal Park. +30, sunny, humid. Practically sweat to death, but was a good workout. After kind of dying during most of the run due to the heat really pushed the pace over the last 10 minutes.
