In the middle of a busy day. Had my earth ring ceremony and ethics seminar in the morning (like an iron ring but for geologists), then an earth science graduation banquet in the evening with my parents, grandparents and brother, then a grad kegger at night

(short) long distance run, the first I have done this season. Felt pretty good until the 1 hour mark, but I really had to fight through the last half hour. I might have been pushing the tempo a bit much for not having done much running this year.

tried to do a track workout at the U of A, but felt terrible, as I don't think I have any speed endurance right now and will have to get it back. Time to fix the rudder of this ship, starting a '5 weeks to fitness program' to graduate in shape.
