Mile intervals at the butterdome, 4*6:00 a mile. Had a little bit of variation (+/- 5s) but generally sticked to my planned pace pretty well, was reasonably happy.
Note
Trying to keep my number of workouts skipped less than my number of classes skipped, and trying to keep the total number under 10 this semester. So far I am at 4 classes skipped, 2 workouts skipped, so I have used up over half of my slip-ups already
