first time this semester that I have actually made it to the fitness centre. I seriously need to work on making more time for working out

shoes: New Saucony Trigon
did a "running pyramid" on treadmill, starting at 7 miles/hour and gradually working my way up to 10 miles/hour and then gradually making my way back down again. Nothing too strenuous, just trying to ease back into running again
