Good confidence booster to be able to complete a run 2+ hours in length in 20+ degree heat and feel strong the entire way. Now that I don't have to worry about fitness, I can just focus on navigation for the COCs and the legs will follow. Via Rainbow Valley, Hawrelak, Kinsmen, McKinnen

"Stairs of Death" whitemud north stair intervals, approximately 40m elevation gain. Ran up, jogged down, 30 seconds rest. Kind of died on the 4th one about 2/3 of the way up and really felt the lactic acid burn. Times (going up) 52.4, 57.5, 58.2, 65.4
