Excellent LSD in River Valley, beautiful day. Only problem was with the dog owners who let their dogs jump me, snarl at me and chase after me. Stupid bitches.

Cycling 45:00 [2]

Recovery cycle, felt great. Got a bunch of studying done today as well, very productive day

Running 1:05:00 [3]
shoes: Saucony Trigon 4

its warming up like crazy today, everything is a slushy, puddly mess. Was +7, so my first jacketless training of the year in Edmonton. In only a week the snowpack/icepack has been destroyed. I will most likely be doing mainly running and stationary bike for the next couple of weeks until the snow is more finished melting because skiing, skating and hockey now no longer look probable

Running 40:32 [2]
shoes: Saucony Trigon 4

Easier running that I did today: 5 minutes to catch the bus to school, 13 minute warmup/strides, 14:32 between intervals, 8 minute cooldown

Running intervals 24:41 [5] 7.0 km (3:32 / km)
shoes: Saucony Trigon 4

Same workout as January 18, 17 seconds faster. 7*1000m, times 3:13, 3:30, 3:32, 3:34, 3:35, 3:36, 3:41. was starting to get progressively more tired throughout and was unable to stop the upward creep in my times

Running 55:25 [4]

A Jekyll and Hyde type run. For the first half I was feeling terribly sluggish and almost feverish, and thought I was going to pass out and collapse into a snowbank. Then all of a sudden I found the jets, and just hammered my way through the second half of the run, ending up doing the run that took me 60:00 last week in only 55:25
