"Pyramid of Pain": 200m 27.8s, 400m 1:15, 400m 1:15, 1000m 3:45, 400m 1:14, 1600m 6:10, 400m 1:15, 400m 1:14, 200m 29.7. I think I ran too fast on the first interval, and would have done it a couple of seconds faster if not for the people around the second bend. A good 5-10 seconds too slow on the 2 longer intervals, legs a little too heavy after the short intervals I guess.
