Orange Botanical Gardens test loop, perfect sprint training, rolling hills, variety of terrain, lots of changes of direction. Just came up with the loop last week, plan to do 3 laps every Wednesday. Only did 2 today though, easing back into training.

Note

No I didn't die. However, after O-Ringen/COCs my life was crazy busy with trying to get my Masters thesis complete, which was down to the wire (handed it in the day before leaving Montreal...and a week later got on a plane to Australia). Now that I have moved continents it took me a while to settle in and I have been working a lot of 10-12 hour days on the new job (get picked up at 6:30 to 7AM, get dropped off at 6PM). In summary, my life has been crazy, but I hope to get some routine back including regular training.
