lower intensity running on the treadmill, average speed 8.4 miles/hr. I know I can do much better than this, but I am trying to ease myself back into training after a lazy last couple of months. Next semester looks easier for me, hopefully I will be able to steadily increase my training volume/intensity

did a "running pyramid" on treadmill, starting at 7 miles/hour and gradually working my way up to 10 miles/hour and then gradually making my way back down again. Nothing too strenuous, just trying to ease back into running again
