Alpine Skiing 1:00:00 [1]

Le Massif, first time skiing in Eastern Canada in my second winter in Montreal. Was awesome. Only problem was I kind of wasted my weekend and didn't get a long run or skate in.

7*1km intervals at the track. Speed is nice, but really pleased with the consistency, recovery and endurance.

Shinny at Parc Lafontaine, 1h35 minutes playing an actual game and 30 minutes working on my stickhandling and shooting. Perfect day for it, around -15 to -20, was at the rink from 7:30 until 10PM

My first basketball game of the season but our third team game. Had no subs and got absolutely schooled 96-19. Didn't know I was that terrible at sports.

Ultimate frisbee game, lost 23-16 or something. Started out poor then finished strong. Then played for 10 minutes or so after the game.

Noony toony shinny. Finally got my skates sharpened, but was lacking hustle on the ice.

Hockey game, last of the regular season. Lost to a team with a bad record 4-1 to finish the season 5-5-2. Had a bad game myself, ending up -2 and playing defense, getting torched.

Snowshoeing at a scientific conference in the Laurentians north of Quebec city. Hadn't done this since I used some wooden snowshoes in elementary school, really enjoy the new-school snowshoes, you can run through anything.

Great shinny today, maybe the best ever. 4 on 4, with a goalie, was starting to feel some conditioning returning. First time shooting against the goalie beat him 3 times but missed the net or hit the post. Second time shooting against the goalie managed 3 goals.

7*400m at the track. Starting to feel some speed again. Didn't do the full 10 intervals because I ran out of time instead of running out of gas.

3 things to be really pleased about:
1. Managed to keep all intervals below 80s
2. Negative split progression the last 4 intervals, fighting back against tiring legs
