Best big race I’ve had this year and only championship time but still could have been better . Lost it on 18 and 19 after Joel caught me and raced him to finish. Legs felt good and the nav was mainly fine but it was a relatively easy area.

1st leg solid 1 min mistake on 5 due to poor route choice whole thing felt like a grind legs were dead and the pace dropped in the second half of the course. Hr bit out I think.
