NEOC meet at Nobscot. I ran the red course. It was okay, the weather was terrible though. It was snowing and maybe like 34F... The course also had a ton of climb.

We were helping at the NEOC Scout-O and afterwards I went out with Keegan on the Orange course (it was the longest they had). We started together and basically raced each other throughout the course. I ended up beating him by only like 2 seconds... It was fun!

So... My plan was to run about an hour at a fast pace. I ran the first 19:56 at an average pace of 4:29/km which is pretty fast for me but then my knee started to hurt so I decided that I want to be careful with it and slowed down. My average pace for the last 27:27 was 5:13/km so I clearly slowed down a lot. I didn't feel very good when I got back and I iced my knee when I got home. This run made me pretty sad because I thought my recovery process was going well and I would be able to start doing workouts over the break... I guess I'll stick to running slow long runs for at least couple more weeks.

We had a track meet and I went to help out because I wasn't running. We got back so late that I didn't have time to go for a run on my own.

Lol my running felt so pointless because my watch didn't work :(( I guess it really motivates me to run when I can see my watch keeping track of time and distance. (I checked the distance I ran from google maps and the time is just the time I was out minus about 5 min that I spent at traffic lights thruout the run)
