So... My plan was to run about an hour at a fast pace. I ran the first 19:56 at an average pace of 4:29/km which is pretty fast for me but then my knee started to hurt so I decided that I want to be careful with it and slowed down. My average pace for the last 27:27 was 5:13/km so I clearly slowed down a lot. I didn't feel very good when I got back and I iced my knee when I got home. This run made me pretty sad because I thought my recovery process was going well and I would be able to start doing workouts over the break... I guess I'll stick to running slow long runs for at least couple more weeks.
