Overall this was an ok race, but only because I was with a group for all of it. My head really wasn't in it for most of the race which was frustrating but also, with the week I've just had, not really surprising.
My knee was ok for most of it, starting to hurt on the trail run to 21 (I'm really happy about how well it held up) however it hurts more after and tomorrow it will probably not be happy.

Meet day!
It was really nice today to remember what it feels like to run with absolutely no pain (not for the whole time but there were bits). However, running made me realize how badly out of shape I am. I'm going to struggle tomorrow...
