I spent from 9:30 to 2 at the Menotomy meet helping out and hanging around but decided that running was maybe not a good idea (I want to run in the last track meet on Wednesday). I then got home and, with the amount of homework I had to do, did not have any time to do an actual workout. Dang.

I went to the track meet today but my knee is not feeling great still (kinda worried about how long it's been weird after the weekend--it's taking longer than after other running) so I didn't run. I'm keeping up with icing and taking ibuprofen so we'll see how long this lasts.
It was pretty frustrating watching everyone run and being stuck on the sidelines though...
