Walking/very slow jogging a brown course at Nobscot. I didn't feel like doing anything quick or long after yesterday's race. The freezing rain/snow/sleet/whatever precipitation it was wasn't very fun. It was pretty cold out there and my fingers got numb quite quickly which made holding the map and thumbing a bit difficult.

Merrimack River trail race. My mom stayed with me for the first 6 or so miles but then I was too slow for her. What we found from this race was that she can still beat me at the longer distances but not the shorter ones.
Definitely painful, more hills than I was expecting (my mom remembered the old course being flat--this course definitely wasn't), and the blisters at the end weren't very fun.... glad I did it though.
