Circuits, subbed out any jump exercises to protect the shins.

Cycling 2:30:00 [2]

Chill bike ride with Liv (who’s not quite as fast so some waiting) from tri. Dundry (only big hill) then round Chew Valley Lake with a coffee stop. Lovely, enjoyed more than my run y’day :-O

A lot later than planned as my 3 month old running shoes have been aggravating my left Achilles so I turned back on my initial 8am run, to run later in even older ASICS. Need narrow moderate support recommendations pls

Burned a PB amount of calories (470), brutal but v fun set (I like the hard sessions the best cause I’m a weirdo).

10x1(1r), 5 recovery 20x30(30r)

Running 45:00 [3]

Including a tempo-effort based set of 10x1(1r) chilly! Did drills/Ply just before the set. Covered over a lap (2 miles) in the set. Happy with that.

Felt not so springy as had a bad night sleep. Cruising on my tempo 1min reps straight after though?

Bristol>Bradford upon Avon. Will put a link to the hilly route later. Best way to shake out a rest week of being ill. Felt 80% (not quite over being ill) but oh my days was it worth it.

Also survived off 1 gel and a borrowed banana as cafe had no GF cake and I misread the ride as KM not miles looool. I was the only girl, rest were decent riders so pace was pushed! AIM was 25kmph despite but hills/ pot holes and dodgy roads slowed us down a bit. Distance doesn’t include the end but so will adjust later on.

Note

Feeling a lot better, not fully back but ready to get back into full training. Going to pick up some iron tablets and see if that gives me the last 20%. Ready to smash out some sessions!
