Getting my full £8 of gym use in (inc core), as I thought no point going unless I match it to the pool price of £4 per hour. (I was working in the morn till 3, would rather of ran and swam!)

Tired from y'day, however was commended for me 'aggressive breathing' and always 'seeming like i am on the edge of death at turbo sessions'

Clevedon/ airport loop. Borderline too cold... if it’s colder than 4 degrees I will be wearing running tights underneath my bib-thermal-tights. Medium group, v glad I went on this despite my essay!
