road. 10m w/u 20x1min on 1 off, 10 w/d. Solo session so probs not as intense as if I went with UOBAXC, but my pals are visiting and it was good for the mental session. (Pm as I was sneezing/ coughing in the morn? Asthma I think)
-distance is with phone so probs iffy

Goosebumps in the pool and just couldn’t warm up, feeling run down. Went to bed at 8pm last night!

I was out my flat for 1h45 lol.
Jog to queens square which is approx 400m, 600m w/u. Drills etc. 5 min tempo.
800m, 4x 200m increasing pace ,800m (30s r)
3 min recovery (I was the only one who jogged...)
800,4x200,400 (30s recoveries)
Jog back.

First running session with the tri club- really enjoyed it, fastest girl there today (comfortably) which gives me some confidence my form is returning. Although felt a bit lethargic, stuck in a heavy gear. Also, ‘are you by any chance a track runner?’ Asked by the triathletes... I guess that’s a good thing or I stick out like a sore thumb

Felt v strong, excited for some races... if I ever make it to one
