Had fountainhead on Sunday, ran decent but made a couple major mistakes because I did not keep a sharp bearing. After control 2 I busted my hand on a root while tripping down a rentrant, this bruised my right palm severely. And 5-6 I came across an unleashed dog that was barking at several Orienteers, they were shouting at the dog to go back home. Overall I was somewhat distracted and unfocused during the race which made me lose my bearing.

Short birthday run with a couple of friends, ran pretty slow. Then went on the track for 2x150s, and 2x100s. (24, 23 and 15,15)

50 min run at a steady pace with the last 10mins turning it up a notch.
After the run, we went on the track and did a pyramid of a one 50, 2x100s, 2x150s, 2x100s, and one more 50.
