Ride from Exton Park to KOP and through Valley Forge on the way back. One of the windiest days on the bike that I can remember; I flew out to KOP in under 40 minutes, and got absolutely beat up by the wind on the entire ride home.

Run on Brandywine River Trail. 30+ hours of rain ended this morning, so anything not paved was terribly muddy. Took it slowly and focused on keeping my legs from getting sore during the run.

Run at Harmony Hill. Temps in the low 50s but sunny and no wind made for perfect running weather. Didn't have much energy, but made it work at a decent pace.

Ride at Harmony Hill after a day at the CCIU. Temps in the mid-40s had me freezing on the downhills and dripping with sweat on the climbs. Tired quickly but recovered well. Rather strong ride all things considered.

St. Paddys Day O at Hibernia. A little hesitant on 1, but I was happy with how I found all of them. Felt alright physically, but my lungs weren't happy later in the day. I blame that on a bad inhaler.
