Run at Stroud. First in a long time. Very cold and windy, but it was bearable with a hat and gloves. Ground was soaked and swampy in places, so I had to move carefully to avoid soaking my feet.

Run at Cheslen. A bit colder than expected, and I think it was flurrying during the runs. Many trails were sloppy and I was still a bit shaken after the incident from yesterday. I just took it easy, but did emphasize hills.

Supposed to be a nice, easy run. I was locked out of my car, so I had to wear the wrong shoes. I was also attacked by some large dogs, and in the confusion/trying to get away I fell, hurt my knee and wrist, and stopped my watched for 5+ minutes.

Late afternoon/evening trail run at Harmony Hill. Got rather cold and dark, so I again was left with some unfinished run. I felt great throughout.
