Run For Our Sons 5k at school. Oddly cold at start (right around 40) so I ran in my long sleeves with shorts, wish I had just worn a t-shirt. Met my goal of sub-20, but could have gone even faster with warmer weather.

Run at Cheslen. Super windy, had to turn my hat around to keep it on my head. Kept it simple and short(er) because of the 5k in the morning.

Run at Cheslen. Took the map to work on reading while running, chose a shortcut or two because of it. Low 50s, ended up being too hot for my long sleeves and I dropped them at the car on the way by.

Light ride on Arc at PF. Felt like I needed a cooldown after this weekend.

Originally planned to go for a sunrise paddle then take Noah orienteering at Norristown Farm Park, but it was cold (low to mid 40s) and spitting, so I went for a long run after church. Ran down from Harmony Hill and did a full loop at Sawmill Rd before heading back up to the parking lot. Pretty sweaty, but stayed pretty cool considering the weather and layers.
