Run race 21:20 [5] 3.1 mi (6:53 / mi)
shoes: New Balance Vazee Summitt Trai

Camp 5k. Felt fast in the weeks leading up, so I set a pretty steep goal of sub-20. Scott set his hilliest 5k yet (300') and it was nearly 70 degrees by the end of the run. Felt fast and strong throughout. Legs were surprisingly trashed for such a short run.

Road Bike 38:00 [4] 10.72 mi (3:33 / mi)

Hill workout on the road bike, up and down Colwyn 6 times with a couple loops each of Indian King and the neighborhood at the bottom.

Ride at Marsh Creek. Hottest day of the year, and I got pretty wiped towards the end. Still, a great ride - the kind I've been thinking about all winter!

Planned a good ride in the nice weather, but it got derailed quickly with another bent chain ring.

Run after bike chain issue. Glad to have the shoes in the car, but a bit bummed about having to run in the hotter weather after yesterdays hard effort. Hoping to get a good ride in tomorrow.

Run at Cheslen. Started a little cold, but pretty warm in the sun. With long sleeves, it was a little warm but overall pretty perfect weather for a run. Ran pretty hard and was able to put in both miles and speed. Highlight was mile 7 coming at 6:30 (albeit downhill).
