This was supposed to be 16 miles with 3 x 2 miles at 8:30 after the first 6, but after the first set my legs were trashed and hr high. I decided to just finish the miles, but then the wind was so cold I was frozen and eventually just wanted to be done, so I headed home and ended up a bit short.
