4x5mins down Vance. Last 24 hours have been a bit shaky. First thought I was catching something. Then right calf was sore during the birthday hike. Finally woke up with a sore pelvis. All seems great now and the run just got better. Looking forward to a bit of Liverpool v Rangers this afternoon.
