I rode north on the BGT and back. It was nice to be using pedals with clips again.

A short jaunt around some of the trails at Des Moines Creek Park before picking Zarina up at the airport.

Hawthorne Hills loop. My legs felt somewhat tired but pretty good, considering how wiped out they felt after yesterday's bike ride.

I did some calf raises on the front steps then did Michael's routine in the living room. I felt a lot stronger and more controlled than last time I did this workout, maybe a couple weeks ago, but I kept it to 10 reps for most exercises, since I'm still easing into strength training again.
