Orienteering 31:30 [3] 4.1 km (7:41 / km) +120m 6:42 / km

Been having trouble with my stomach. Got some orienteering in today. Ran a course at Balls Bluff.

Running long 42:00 [4] 5.8 mi (7:14 / mi)

5.8 mile run with the indoor track team. Legs are now dead from the weekend races and yesterday's workout.

Monday Nov 13, 2017 #

Running tempo 34:00 [5] 5.2 mi (6:32 / mi)

First practice for indoor track. I challenged myself to keep up with a cross country runner.

Ran 5.2 miles, every .5 miles we did a 30 second pick-up. Very happy and surprised I survived.

Did 20 minutes worth of core and leg exercises. Then finished with hurdle mobility drills.
