A pretty clean run (for me), but I was moving slowly as usual. I finished ahead of a few people I don't usually beat. Looking at my tracks, I swung wide of the straight-line route on a few occasions, but I didn't have any disastrous errors.

RMOC Training & Meet @ Peaceful Valley:

- Created OE2003 import file w/ pre-assigned rental sticks.
- Created formatted list with entry fees, for registration volunteers.
- Created source file for start-card labels; printed & affixed labels.
- Emailed OE2003 files and other details to Meet Director & Course Setter.
- Answered lots of email questions from participants.
- Followed-up with bike race director about possible course conflicts.
- Created PDF version of new OUSA waiver; sent to Bob for printing.
- Posted meet details to RMOC's Facebook page.

Afterwards (actually on 5/26 & 5/27):
- Created and posted files for overall results, RMOC website splits, AP splits, and RouteGadget splits.
- Membership database updates and confirmation emails.

A lot of people in the running group will be doing the Bolder Boulder race on Monday, so today's assignment was just an easy four-mile run.

I had a serious brain-fart and showed up at 4:45 instead of 5:45. I thought I had missed the group, so I went to a different trailhead and did three miles on my own. Afterwards, I saw the group as I was driving away, and it finally dawned on me that I was off by an hour. DUH!

- Walked to the arboretum to warm up.

- Five sets of the arboretum lollipop loop. Each loop has three segments (0.21, 0.28, 0.21), and we alternated from slow to fast every time we changed segments. Paces were:

   12:09 / 8:13 / 15:21
   7:56 / 13:44 / 8:02
   13:14 / 7:35 / 12:56

- Slow jog around the arboretum super-loop to cool down, and then some extra jogging to get to five miles.
