- More warm-up: light deadlift, power clean, front squat, jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups.
- For time: three rounds of chest-to-bar pull-ups x 10 / 110# front-squat x 10 / burpees x 10. I did jumping C2B pull-ups and only used 55# on the front squats (since the goal was to do each set of 10 unbroken...). 7:59.
