Dumb error @ #4 (got distracted by another control nearby), and MAJOR mistake @ #5 (the kind of wandering in circles I haven't done in a while...). Ugh. Carol and Gøril both beat me by a large margin.

- Warm-up: jog three laps around the gym (including stairs) and dynamic stretching.

- "Abs Gone Bad" (a variation on the Fight Gone Bad workout): one minute at each of five stations going for max reps (kettlebell ab twists / plank / floor wipers / abmat wall-balls / sledgehammer). Three rounds, with one minute of rest between rounds.

- Tabata workout -- 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest. Eight rounds of that at each station with one minute of rest before switching stations. 30# ball slams / abmat situps / 14# wall-balls / 15m shuttle runs. 175 total reps. (Today's super-star, Mary, got 249 reps...)

- Warm-up: 500m jog, push-ups, squats, mountain climbers, stretching, etc.

- More warm-up: light deadlift, power clean, front squat, jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups.

- For time: three rounds of chest-to-bar pull-ups x 10 / 110# front-squat x 10 / burpees x 10. I did jumping C2B pull-ups and only used 55# on the front squats (since the goal was to do each set of 10 unbroken...). 7:59.

- 400m jog to cool down.
