- "Abs Gone Bad" (a variation on the Fight Gone Bad workout): one minute at each of five stations going for max reps (kettlebell ab twists / plank / floor wipers / abmat wall-balls / sledgehammer). Three rounds, with one minute of rest between rounds.
- Tabata workout -- 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest. Eight rounds of that at each station with one minute of rest before switching stations. 30# ball slams / abmat situps / 14# wall-balls / 15m shuttle runs. 175 total reps. (Today's super-star, Mary, got 249 reps...)
