WCOC Eskdale Middle Distance. Green. Nailled all of the controlls apart from #10 when I was a little low. Taking the running a bit easier. Really nice area with a good map. :)

800m Race at school. Not feeling great. Recovery is not going well.

Cycle back from Loweswater where mum and Dad were going for a walk. Saw Al and Niamh. First time using my bike which is a bit poor as I got it in September.

Going to have Two weeks with limited running so I can get an injury free 8 weeks in before Scottish.
