spiked:18/19c (injured) shoes: New Balance 461

Bit of a disappointing run. Navigation was decent apart from a bad route choice to #2 through the long grass and marsh. My leg started hurting to #4 and I was reduced to a very slow walk by #13 with lots of stops to stretch. Ended up 2nd a loooong way behind Michele. Off to the physio tomorrow.

At WEC with Steph.
8x 200m. Really struggling this morning. Running between 39 and 42 sec.
Have a sore groin muscle...too much frisbee I think. Need to keep an eye on it.
We'll try and tackle a few longer intervals in the next few weeks.

Star relay. 3 girls against 2 guys. Good fun!

6 min warm up, 6 hills of approx. 45 sec with 1'30 recovery. 10 min warm down. Usual Zig-zag hill route.
Feeling a bit run down, scratchy throat etc. so tried not to push too hard.
