Happy with my run but disappointed in the course design. Not the intense, challenging rush I expected. A few left or right route choice decisions but not much else. Had a smooth run and managed hold a decent pace.

Walked around the model areas for the Long Distance (Soroska) and took a jog arond the Sprint model (Park Angelinum). Hand felt a little awkward but okay. Shouldn't affect my performance :-)

Finger got slammed in a car door on Wed after training. Was ok on Wed eve. Pretty sore on Thurs and got very bad through Thurs night. Coach took me to have it checked out this morning. Had an X-ray. It's got a small fracture. Got a hole drilled in my nail to relieve pressure. Instant relief. Feeling much better
Luckily not my map hand or my SI card finger :-)
