Cycled to work, which took slightly longer than it should have done as I got stuck on the wrong side of an enormous convoy of Harley riders, who parked up behind our building then drove off again 15 minutes later. We're talking hundreds of bikes here. I was not happy that they were elongating my time spend trying to do work on a Sunday.
Then drove to Stamford to buy summery clothes for trip, then took in the next state park, which was just down the road. Met a lovely ex pat Brit called Nina who had an adorable dog called Boris, then drove back to New Haven and went to see X Men.
Cycling to work, then to the Farmer's Market at Wooster Square (actually very good, although it's clear the veggie places are suffering from the slow spring, they're selling mostly lettuce and seedlings), then home with a backpack full of bread, cheese, and meat from happy pigs (Truelove Farms near Simsbury, excellent breakfast sausage).

Longish run at West Rock. Glorious day, great views, and ran on some trails I don't think I've run on since M & M left. So that was a little bittersweet - still miss those guys! Tough blue trail to start than easier trails on the way home. Tried to make it to 10km but had my watch in miles and failed by an irritatingly small amount!

Shuffle round the neighbourhood. Explored a new path in one of the conservation areas, which was pleasant but very short, as these things are. Today was beautiful, so I made the most of it by staying home with a pile of papers, as I have to work all weekend. Still feeling wiped, felt fine jogging but very wobbly when I got back.

Short core session (30 good mornings, sit ups, squats, leg raises and press ups), then some back yoga to open up after hunching over papers all day.
