Intro to Cross Fit with Monique part one. Most of the time was spent on technique based stuff - using glut ham machines, different types of squats, very light bar work. It was really fun to do that stuff again with some proper guidance. At the end we did a small workout: 200m run, then 15, 12, 9 of squats (no weight), full press ups, ring pulls. 200m run to finish, where I just edged out Rob, but he was with me on all the exercises. Fun!

Then it was such a gorgeous morning that Rob dropped me off halfway home and I recovery jogged back. Don't want to go to work now, it's really great outside! Luckily am working till 7 then going for dinner with Charlie B, so I don't have to go in quite yet. Very soon though.
