That. Was. Amazing.

Pre race wasn't the best. Sat and stood for about 3 hours waiting for Jonty and was getting a bit stressed. But he turned up and set off nice and steady. Almost immediately met Søren Vestergaard Christensen and Andréas Palmertz. And was with them for most of the first half. Was naving really well and only mistake came from letting Andréas lead but then relocated nicely.
Then onto the long leg. Ran just over 6k in 49 mins.
Rest of the course was uneventful just bonked at the arena run through after 20k. Was walking most of the rest but managed to get back just in time to see Gothenburg win.

Really enjoyed the whole thing up until 20k. Time for a rest then British.

JK Relays - 1st

Game plan was to go out hard and get a lead. Succeeded in doing that pretty well. By 5 was only surrounded by Men's short runners. Was running with Stan for a lil bit and then with Megan and Jim. Then was on my own through spectator and until dropping out of the forest where was chased down by Jim who just got ahead.

Comfortable 6 minute lead when Charlie came in so was down to Joe not mispunching.
