Orange Course race 39:11 [5] 3.9 km (10:03 / km)

Ran an orange race at Pound Ridge, it went fairly well except for at two points where I didn't take enough time to plan beforehand about exactly where the point was in relation to everything around it

Orange Course race 40:32 [4] 3.8 km (10:40 / km)

Did fairly well, need to work on seeing other avenues of approach to points and noticing the vegetation. Got into a rough spot with some thorns that was easily avoidable.

Ran another course at Harriman, finished it out with 100 push ups and 100 squats

Ran a course at Harriman, found all points and went generally well. Ended with an ab and shoulder workout consisting of pushups and planking

Run 40:00 [5] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Ran a 5 mile course up to the PX and down through Highland falls to finish at Grant Turnaround. Afterwards did 150 push ups and 3 minute ab smoker
