Had planned some Coot-tha laps but left knee started hurting as soon as I left. Stopped a couple of times and stretched it out on the way over and ended up just doing the one lap. 13.36 for the climb so 10secs quicker and was seated the whole time which was a bonus. Legs still sore from soccer on thursday though.
Riverloop with Kez. Felt crook when I woke up and thought I was going to spew. Lucky Simon had bailed and Kez was running ~45mins late so had plenty of time to get motivated. Ride wasnt too bad in the end.
