Riverloop + Chelmer extension with Matt. Buggar all sleep the last two nights probably explains why I felt crap today. Was moving all right with a good pace for the first 40mins but felt uncomfortable with the HR in the 170s. Absolutely blew up up the duttonberg and highgate hill.

Riverloop with Kez and Matt. Was moving alright this morning till I had two heart rate blowouts. One at tennyson (180 ->118) and on the corso (179 ->110). Both times we had the pace up pretty high, and HR was at the PM limit, was fine up highgate afterwards though.
