Anzac Park Hills course. Pushed it a bit harder today, finally starting to feel better at a harder pace, obviously cardio is starting to transfer over from the bike. 5mins faster than last time I ran it, might be able to beat Anna round here soon :P. Garmin HRM is buggared again, this one lasted less than 4months, think its better not having it though as I don't spend the entire run looking at it.
