Prince Charles Hospital heart foundation ride from Landsborough to Brisbane with Will. Up at 4am to catch a train up the coast at 5am. Started off making our way through the group as it began to string out. Got on the back of a good group early on and pushed through the first 65km round ~32km/h avg. Lost this group when Will had to stop to clean sunscreen and sweat out of his eyes. Slowed down a bit through the back streets of Redcliffe then had a break on the foreshore to get more water and some food. Was still moving fast in the last 30km but legs were pretty stuffed. Tired now but seemed to have survived alright.

Morning Riverloop with Simon and Will. Fast pace, had heart rate high but feeling better than the last ride with simon. Was probably just drafting more in the fast sections. ~30km/hr avg till toowong then backed off the pace with the commuters

Lap of uni. Legs feeling heavy again but not as bad, short break after 10mins to stretch. Pick up the pace last 500m uphill to up the heart rate a bit more.
