Got up before sunrise to use the running track so I wouldn't have to pay the track fee. Got down there and a massive running group was already on it so ended up using the ring road any way. First speed session in a while. 8x 400m, started first 4 with ~200m jog recovery but wasn't really working so just cut it back to same recovery. Just going for 75secs on the dirt track, most between 75-78.
